Yeah, I think it is a bit too small as well. If it is cropped so the image portion is a bit larger, it would address my second concern that, while a nice composition, and generally good image, it is a bit dynamically flat and some contrast adjustment might help the drama a bit.
But I can never stop level painting my shots, so I could be wrong about that.
