    Room 3
I struggled trying to frame this and get the comp I was hoping for, and feel that I have it.
Does it work for you overall?
    What do you think?

Very good Gary, The framing works well as with the processing and lighting.

You squeezed all this in very well and It has a beauty and warmth about it Gary. I would have thought that getting the exposure right here would have been so difficult but you have produced a great result .
Could you give the radiator? and ropes and the vertical pipe in the corner. just a little more light..

As usual the magic you do with the overall light and colour tones, in difficult circumstances, is outstanding.

Gary, the more I look at this, the more I like it. My initial reaction was that it's hard to access as a viewer.....perhaps a little lightening of the shadows, without losing the overall mood would enhance it?

I'd love to see wether that would improve this or not.

    Nice composition.

It def. works for me. The inside might be slightly dark but I can live with that. I like how the leaves break up the window lighting while not silhoutting but staying nice and red. All these nice textures are working well here. Another very nice moody shot.

Thanks for commenting. I have replaced the first image with this one that has been edited to bring out more detail, and also in this composition the placement of the rope is a bit different and something I found that I preferred. The shadows are opened up revealing a bit more, but hopefully kept the dark ambient feel of the scene.. . .

    Gary

I have been back to this a few times and something kept niggling the little grey cells and its just this second that I figured out what it is:

The loop of the noose is cut off at the bottom by too little and it looks like a mistake

Other than that it is almost perfect.

The redo is "tantilizing" in a way the original wasn't...great use of light.

Another "framer". Very well done Gary! I love how the leaves add a touch of color.

Gary, you've got me on the lookout now for old derelict buildings, your shots are great. I just hope I don't come across someone in the process.

Thank you all for the feedback.
Len, glad you find this better than the original one posted. Roger, I thought about the rope at the bottom, but then somehow I felt that it didn't matter because it only needed to give us a hint of what was there. . .
Thanks Lori and Phil, shootme, yep get into some abandonment and let it loose. . lots of fun.

There is an area in this building that is like a huge storage room and it is completly dark. I went there this last time with a flashlight to see around as some of these room have no light at all. There was a huge room full of old appliances and furniture. I turned on the flashlight and started making my way around this room. I started getting spooked thinking I was going to run across someone who made their home there. The place is very creepy and is darker than what my photos represent.
