    White water surfer

Heading in ahead of quite a bit of broken surf. Couldn't do much about the light due to time constraints. Appreciate thoughts on composition and crop

Isn't it a cool thing in nature that the colours never seem to clash...

I don't think I could crop any different because I would not want to crowd the suffer or lose the powerful wave on the right. I love how you captured the power of the waves and still keept a lot of the whites.
    Nice shot

I like the crop but is it just me or is it all a bit blurry?

It's nice, but a bit of a "tweener" in perspective -- not enough isolation on the surfer to grab interest and a bit too flat and two dimensional as a landscape. I think getting closer and even wading into the water (if you can do that safely) might help for next time.

Thanks for the feedback Lava, unfortunately this was his ride into the beach and everyone was going home, so happy to think of this as a grabbed memory shot of a place once visited an move on as its half a world away from where I live and a reshoot unlikely for a while.....

Beautiful shot. The crop looks great to me.
