I have been back to this several times EOS trying to work out whats missing Only thing I can think of, as it has great detail and is well exposed, is a fore ground element. Possibly a vehicle or better still people walking. Other than that I can only think that the fore ground snow needs more texture to make it a point of interest. Bringing out foot prints and tyre tracks would possibly add some narrative to the image. I would not want to alter any thing else

Isn't it a cool thing in nature that the colours never seem to clash...
I thought this was going to fall straight off of the bottom with no comments. I've had that happen a couple of times here. I don't think the photo is bad, but it makes me wonder when no one comments on it.
I know it's missing something too, but like you, I can't exactly put my finger on it. I dint have anyone with me and I'm tired of photos of my car, so I went with the road being the subject.
Thanks for commenting.

Well it's well composed as stated. I like the placement of the signs as it does add a touch of color. I have to agree with Pete it could use another element.
