    What a wonderfull creature....I love how i look at his face and im drawn into the pic by the body of the snake. Great shot!

    I like the dof your were using and the position the snake got when captured .

    Cool photo - I like the way the dark background draws attention to the snake - his light colours wouldn't have shown up too well against a bright colourful background (why they call it 'camoflage' I guess...)
    The only change I would like to see would be perhaps a lower camera angle, so that his head is away and above his body a wee bit. It is a little hard to differntiate his head from his body - although I like how you have used focus to try to separate the two!

    Fantastic DOF and a good dead on shot. I would have liked to have seen his tongue out, but animals are not always on the same wavelength as us creative folks.....
