Thanks Ron, I threw a levels adjustment on the sign to bring it out some more. I guess the dog must like Santa. LOL

    Re: Christmas House

Greg - I like the concept here of a modest house with Xmas decorations, fence, and mailbox sitting in a dark neighborhood, but see a few technical issues too:

    - It is soft. No real reason for this because you should be using a tripod, and night shots' high contrast should create really, really sharp photos. did you sharpen after shrinking for the site?

    - The color is off a bit. Seems too yellow, even if the house is yellow.

    - The roof really fades out at the top there. I would use a PS graduated filter to even things out.

    - Maybe a bit more negative space.

Its ok but does seem a softer than your usual.
What kills this shot for me is the chain link fence. Too bad because as usual it is photographed well.

    Re: Christmas House

Thanks GB as always great points. I always use a tripod, in low light, unless I am in traffic as here and the original is a little sharper than this. I never resharpen after resizing. I guess I should.
Thanks too Frog. A good point with the fence cutting the scene into, but I liked the beware of dog sign.
