Queen Mary 2 left Hamburg yesterday for New York.

Are the colors right? Everything looks a bit brown.

I do like the composition.

yes the colour was like that, i did not want to change it. it was a very beautiful sunset and the scenery and the light was great with some nice clouds as well. i wish i could have checked in to N.Y.

The problem is that there is nothing in the image that says to the viewer "sunset", all there is are colors that don't seem quite right.

Perhaps if you titled the image "Sunset Departure" or something like that the colors wouldn't seem off to the viewer.

i did not necessarily want to tell with this photo: "sunset!", if the colours are off, then i am a bit surprised. maybe coz i experienced the light and if i did not, i would also see it as negative.
