Had to title this "Progression."

Figures that are very sharp, slightly soft then blurred, this is interesting, I almost wish that there were only two figures in the centre to create the impression that we were looking at the same pair over time within the scene. Echo the comments already made.

I would love this if there were only two figures sitting in the chair. the rest gone. I like the amount of space that would be to the right of them. the colors and pano frame is very good.
I would try removing them all, however that is a huge , time consuming task to get it very clean. The smooth gradual tones of th setting sun sky make this a tedious chore. Might be worth it.
I tried and liked cropping them all out into a more standard format, but I do not like such huge chops of photos.
Still a great scene, but wish the others were not there.

Nice! I agree with Gary in that it would be nice with just the two on the left...
Right now my eyes are drawn to the blurry images of the folks on the right. My guess is that you where using a slow shutter speed?
But that sky is really nice and the reflection off the water makes it that much better...I love the wide landscape look...

Glad Herriot noticed the progression. When I looked at this last night I saw how the kid was on the far right side and the older couple on the far left, sooo,, figured it was like a lifetime clock, gradually getting more mature. I purposely left the space to the left of them to show that they had some time on ol planet Earth. The rest of ya didn't see it :D Maybe it's too subtle.

I can see where it might be neat if it was just the couple on the left, with a lot of negative space. I do have several shots of this scene -- let me check later and see if if I have something like that.

Javier, it was pretty slow but not extremely so - they were just moving around. I think you need about 1/60 of a sec shutter to freeze a walking person (depending on how close you are). I'm guessing this was about 1/30.

Gary - Thanks for the idea. When I'm stuck on that deserted island I'll definitely do it :) Or perhaps when I take a PS class and they cover some trick(s) on how to do this w/o spending too awful much time. It would be a good portfolio thing, like "look what I can do."

Very nice colors. I like the composition and the ratio of land/water/sky. I do wish you had moved a step to your left so those folks weren't directly between the viewer and the setting sun.

A winner.

MB - The more I look at this, the more I agree with you and others that it would be better if you could see the sun. Don't worry, I can hit this spot again anytime.. it's right here next to where I work. :D not many people in the middle of the week though.
