Power Dam Overflow

Was not a very good day for pictures light wise so i added a night filter to this photo of a power dam letting water escape .



Critique is always welcome and appreciated.

This one isn't really working for me. The relatively bright water to the dark background is distracting, and this shot doesn't hold my interest. In all honesty, I would've liked to see the background brighter, as it looks like you could get some neat lines and shadows there.

Just my thoughts,

Heres a lighter version but i dont think its any better ,I will have to go back for some more pictures with some sunlight in them.
