    Took this one a while back...

    looked kinda cool but is not picture frame worthy. What do you think?

    Sorry, it doesn't work for me. There is nothing about this that makes it pop! The colours are nice, but thats all I can find in it. Sorry.

    Edit: It reminds me of a portrait of a older person. I've seen quite a few old portraits of older people, where it's taken against a blank white/off white wall, and this is what it reminds me of.

    A portrait of a flower. Now there is an idea....

    I agree with danic.

    You did get nice, vibrant clours but the shot is not particularly interesting. Maybe if there was a bee or a spider on the flower, then the photo might work, because it would give it a center of interest.

    But, taking great pictures requires plenty of practice.:thumbsup:

    Yeah that shadow and mucky background color detracts a lot from the flower.

    The good news is that I would think it would be relatively easy to re-shoot this. Since you took it a while back I guess you would need a new flower to work with..
