    Just got back from Panama City Beach. Took this one with a point and shoot Sony-- no polarizing filter.

    Thoughts?

    I quite like the composition but the exposure on the boat needs to be brought out a touch to make it pop. The brightness of the sky is overpowering it at the moment.

    I agree a nice composition. I'm no expert in post work.P'shoot cameras have their limits.A ND filter would have pulled this along nicely.

    Someday... you may wish to step up to a DSLR...Start saving $50.00 a week, check out the Oly E3. Just my thoughts.

    Thanks for the feedback. I wish I had taken my Pentax K10, but we were getting set to do some off-shore fishing and didn't want to take it and risk a dunk in the gulf. Giving the Sony a saltwater bath would have hurt a lot that ruining the K10.
