I love the shallow depth of field, but I wish there were some more detail in the upper lip of the fountain. With that out of the way, it's still a quite lovely image. Very nice.

Technically well executed. I would suggest that the subject is not very strong ...the photo would hold my attention for a very little time overall. Consider finding a third compositional piece (for instance a bird drinking for a fountain) or making more of the fountain to increase overall interest. Just a suggestion - nice pic.
