Vintage Damaged Rheostate Theater Lighting

This is just one of a series of an old Stage Lighting Rheostat that was found in our local theater. This was used many moons ago when the theater was used for staged productions. As you can see from the burned/melted area on the left it must of had quite some high voltage running through it at the time. The new owner/renovator plans to hook it up and display it in the lobby and have it control low-voltage lighting.

Great color, exposure and composition, a nice abstract look to this image.

I might like to see more at the top of the image in a square crop but as it is I like everything about it.
