Passing Rain (Leaf)

Iike the first better....nice color and exposure. I think it needs an additional element of some kind.

I like the first as well, but I feel it could use a bump in saturation.

I'm thinking you need to pay more attention to the rule of thirds for composition help as in both of these images the object is is the direct center of the frame. They would likely be more interesting with the object placed in one of the thirds instead of the center.
