Hi Don---I like your composition and exposure, but the bg seems a little dark. Shadows? The dirty snow spoils it some, but that's not any fault of yours. This spot would be great to go back to in the summer, and if you could catch a child looking up at the bear, it would be excellent!

That would be a whole different photo. The dirty snow is part and parcel of the scene. I darkened the background a little to bring out the foreground.
