    original vs filter effect
    first original night shot straight from the camera,and second image same but added a glow edge filter effect to the image,which do you prefer ?

    The effect is more interesting to see. I am still out on which I like. The effect is catchy and probably conveys NIGHT better. Ok - the Effect is my favorite... give a photog a choice, your liable to get anything back! :-) Thanks for sharing!

    I have never been a fan of the glow edge filter and only like it when the subject being shot is very obvious and easily definable. With the photo (which I really like) I know what is going on, but without it it just looks like a bunch of wavy lines (IMO).

    By the way, what is causing the floating fleur-de-lis? It is very interesting.

    thanks for all your comments i'm not a fan for computerized enhancements through photoshop,the first image is just one capture through the camera exactly what you see,on long exposure painting with light, a process i'm working on to perfect,i'm really starting to get the bugs out.
