opinions please

do you feel the hotspots from the sun and the "blown out window...detract a lot from the shot... also is the diffused glow annoying or does it fit with the feel...

include this in final shots or leave it out?

I think this works well as it is. I personally would not change anything. The blown out window light is part of the appeal, for me anyway, and gives me the feeling of it being morning. The diffused glowing gives it that morning, sof feel and I think this works particuliarly well with this image. This is very good, imo

No Natalie, they don't distract at all, they really add to the global 'atmosphere' of this shot.
I also like the colors in this shot.

Well done, no need to change anything, it's a very good photograph.

I would lose the hat.This has a lovely "quite reflection" feel to it and the light has a halo effect.The hat is unneccessarry and dominant. Otherwise great pic. If you know this lady well there are other classic shots you could try.
