first studio attempt of a bird

Well This was my first attempt to a meg shift home studio. I My shutter speed was 1/60 ISO 400 F/4.5
I think I need more lights so I can boost my shutter speed, Is this the reason for not being not so sharp?
For lights I used 48'' fish tank lights. and other natural bulbs in flood lights but it gave off alot of heat.
