    Picture or just a setting for a picture?

    I like the waterfall and colors of the river, but wonder if it is interesting enough. . .

    It's a nice enough image, but it does lack the "pop" to put it in the keeper files. Perhaps a wader or getting in closer to the waterfall might help. Still, it's a good image.

    I agree

    with your conclusion. It's a good photo, the composition - the water leads you to the falls, to the bridge, etc., but it does lack interest. But my recent experience is it's difficult to get those really great landscape pics..........too much winter left in the land!
