I would leave the 2 partial rocks at the very bottom out of the frame and make the bigger ones come more forward as the foreground interest. Also, consider adding an ND Filter effect at the top to darken the light sky - which is pretty easy to do in Adobe Camera Raw or Lightroom. Otherwise, try "burning" with the dodge / burn tool. Nice calm scene.

I like it. I think the rocks in the foreground gives it depth. Maybe clone the rock hanging out of the frame on the lower right.

I must not have scrolled all the way down the first time, because I missed those small rocks. I agree, they don't add much, but don't really bother me too mush either. A graduated filter would have done wonders and like llewpics said, easily done in post. I would like to see more blurring of the water, maybe a polarizer next time. Over all, nice shot and yes very serene

An interesting scene, very colorful, lazy. Even numbers of main objects often don't work as well as odds numbers, but in this situation is looks like a woman and a guy sitting there in a stream. Don't see how it could be improved, other than look for additional vantage points.
