    My Niece

    It has been a while since I posted. I took this while visiting family last week. Let me know your thoughts.

    I am not sure having her eyes (nice eyes and smile BTW) in the vertical center of the frame is the best presentation.

    Thanks for the comment. I played with the composition and the best I liked was about ¼ to ½ inch off the top. I just don’t like cropping too much on an already tight image. I wish the second strap of her dress was showing. It just seems a little off balance without it.

    It is a tight shot. I think it'd be perfect if you backed up just a tad. The single strap is a bit distracting but not horribly so. Great catchlight in her eyes. I also like the B&W treatment. Well done!
