First Taste of Corn on the Cob

My niece tried corn on the cob for the first time, she loved it! I wish I could've captured the sucking noises she was making when trying to eat it. I'm still very new at this and looking for feedback. Thanks!

I am so glad you could NOT...

capture the sucking noises! Eeeeew. Actually, if you're using a digital camera, most of them record short video clips, which include sound.

My feeling is that these shots are rather harsh. The extremely tight framing and contrasty lighting (all black background) aren't pleasing to my eye. I would try framing the shots to include more of the baby in the composition. Was natural light (window?) a possibility?
