    my golf

Hi there, didn't post anything in a while, so here i am. I shot this one a few months ago, and i was wondering if it works for any of you guys. I personally like the angles, but not too sure about the colors and lighting (was shot with de flip flash on the fuji s1000...). Any thought, any suggestion on maybe improving the pic for a future re-shoot would be apreciated.
    thanks !

I think for a reshoot I'd get closer so the car fills the frame more. Your flash seems to be struggling to overcome the ambient tungsten lighting (most notably across the concrete deck and in the refractiions off the front wheel). You seem to have done a good job managing reflections, angle of the car and angle of shot. You might also try turning on the marker lights to add interest, but mainly - get in closer next time.

Thanks jor the advice jetrim. i will take it seriously when i go back to reshoot. i though about it, and that corner of the parking lot point to the direction where the moon show up, so if i'm right ithink it would show in the frame, and i think it would ad to the picture. so i'll wait for a clear night. and you're right, if i turn the parking light on it would help the shot.

This advice has been posted countless times now by GB? maybe jetrim? but photoshop in the moon, one exposure of just the moon and one of the car. in the exposure with the car, the moon will (probably) be blown out and just look like a soft white circle.
