I like the tired out,"I've had enough" expression on her face. The framing works well. I think you know already the big issue here is the shadow behind her from the flash. Also, there is a dull, grey tone overall here and giving it a levels lift should bring out better tones.
The focus was good on the eyes.

yeah, the shadow is unfortunate... I had my camera set up with white balance, and flash for the living rom, and had started going downstairs, when shae flopped to the floor at the top of the stairs, and was handing me the camera.. I HAD to get the pic.. immedietly..
