London's Hackney Council is taking steps to help residents after "Deadly cyber attacks" continue to paralyze many systems.Still some services "Not applicable" and the public should contact the council. The UK National Cybersecurity Center (NCSC) is investigating the attack.The number of affected residents has not been confirmed or how long the interruption will continue, according to the Local Democracy Reporting Service.A spokesman for the council said there would be no sanctions against residents or businesses for failing to pay or claim payments as a result of the disruption.


Other services that are still joker affected include discretionary payments designed to assist people with housing costs and waiting-list applications.The noise complaint could not be reported at this time and the council's licensing and planning system has also been affected.A NCSC spokesperson said, "We are aware of the incident affecting Hackney Borough Council. NCSC is supporting the organization and working with partners to understand the impact of this incident."
