    Mother Ship
I had to shoot up at this one, and with a bit playing in LR, I came up with one for my unusual flower shot collection.

    No response since Apr 26 ?? :)

Although I'm not sure about the composition (which makes this unusual I guess), I kind of like it. Good colors.

Wow! How did I miss this one. Love the colors and the sharpness of the center. It goes very well with the lighter colors around it. Gotta ask, how did you come up with mothership?

almost an abstract, very nice tonalitites

I like the sharpness contrast vs the softness of everything else

I had given up on comments on this one.
I thought it was because I added it as an edit.
It doesn't show in my gallery.
    Thanks for noticing......:)
    The flower is a cyclamen.

This is beautiful... I can imagine this with a slight crop on top and from the left to bring the stamen a bit closer to the corner. Some more illumination or glow around the outer areas of the petals/frame edge seems would be an effective vignette for this.

    sweet work here.

Love the colors and processing. Flower shots are really out of my league, with that said have you thought about flipping it 180?

Believe it or not that's how a cyclamen blooms, kind of upside down, with the petals turning up wards. this one was frillier than others and arced over some to give the curved line..
I did try it 180, I like it better this way.
    Here's a more normal one.
