hmm, nothing really stands out for me in this photo. If I didn't know the title of the photo, I wouldn't have been able to tell that this was a shirt in the grass. the focus also seems a little soft to me.
Don, I think that the pattern that the line of burned grass create is interesting but overall, the colors are flat and I believe that the sky is irrevelant. I'd personally crop the top of the picture and I'd try to boost color saturation and/or play with curves to give extra punch to the grass.
