    Somewhere Upstate, NY

    Well i had a chance to go to NY last week on a little Ice Storm work and i was able to stop for this photo. Dont ask me were i was all i know is that they call this Stump Church.

    C&C Appreciated .

    Oh and i forgot to mention this was taken with a 2 MP Kodak

    There is nothing technical to falt about this photo; the exposure, focus and color look right on.

    I love old churches and this is a fine example of one (if we could only get rid of those ugly powerlines that all old churches seem to have). Without any personal connection to this church however all it is is a technically good image without much impact.

    Perhaps if there were a few people in the doorway or foreground to add a human element to the image it would have more impact. I also think the image would be helped by having a bit more sky above the steeple but I wouldn't want to take away any of the snowy foreground that I think you got just right.

    Well to be honest, i have 2 issues with this picture:

    1- You should've cut the cable on the right..... (hahahahahha...just kidding )

    2- It actually feels tilting backwards, almost like tipping backwards...

    so really its the tilt....other than that..nice picture...good work!

    What would be a really improvement in front of this is a couple in full Wedding regalia.

    Other than that It look good.
