    Red's Car

This old car lies in the woods near my house. It was the car of one of my neighbor's sons (she's 95 and her son is 70!). He had a track back in the woods when the area was a farm and I guess he used to drive that car around back there when he was too young to have a license. I suppose one day it just died and he left it there.

This shot originally was in color, but the colors were so subtle that my cheapo HP scanner had trouble detecting them and decided the picture was black and white. I think the photo is more powerful in B&W--so I guess my scanner was right. Aside from that, the photo is uncropped.

Let me know what you think about the composition, and I'll stick up the color version for comparison if I can convince my scanner to do it.
