Optical illusion

I found this little chair in a back room of a church that I was shooting a wedding in. I liked it because of the strange contrast with the large window. Comments and critiques are welcome.

My only critique is the top of the window needs more room.

Frog is right. Very good eye to catch the size difference. You did a great job, but yeah, the window probably should not have been cut off. Looking it over I don't really see anything else that bothers me. I like the starkness of the whole setting and the soft shadows add to the effect.

Thanks I agree the window should have been given more room. I guess looking back I was in such a rush I didn't concentrate enough on the cropping composition at the top of the frame. All in all tho it turned out alright. Thansk for the comments.

I would have shot one from further left, to take out the cupboard and books that are giving a clue to the scale. Oh and yes, a little more room at the top of the arch would be nice.

Great find. I agree with Frog on more room for the window but the book shelf distracts a bit for me. The books on the floor around the chair with a tad more light would be great too.
