    Re: Love

At first I want to say I wish the focal point was on the fingers but maybe it works better this way. I wish the top of his cuff didn't go off frame and where did all that noise come from?

    Re: Love

Too out of focus to work for me. You also look like your in between totally isolating the subject and expanding upon it, but doing neither of those, in these situations I would isolate the subject or totally encompass the expanded subject, but not dangle in between the two. I just looked at your EXIF data, 1/2500 f5.6 ISO-1600 exp: -1... Definitely bring that ISO down to 800 as you don't need to shoot such a subject at that high speed, stop down to f8 or f11 or so for a bit better DOF and the exp -1 wasn't a good idea for this shot, but you probably just left it on by accident which I do all the time too.. Anyway - considering the metering you had this had to have been a significant crop, could you show us the original?

The original is much too underexposed. I corrected the hell out of this. I thought it was worth it.

You know (and much to my amazement) the out of focus fingers may actually work here-as long as you keep the title.

Not really a good photograph but a pretty good image.
    No, I DON'T need that.

Prison tats are not really sharp anyway  I think, in the case here, it works and makes a statement (a scary one but one none the less  )
