    Lonely in this world.
It is not an optimistic picture. I feel that I did something wrong when processed this picture. Maybe I should add more space on the right? Any advice will be very appreciated.

My first reaction was to think that the flower should be facing us, but then, if it's lonely, then it's only right that it have it's "back" to us. Maybe a more vertical take/Crop? Do you have it available with more on the right? I'd like to see it. This is very nice though. And that your message is carried out in so many ways. Like the soft flower and the hard rock, and the way that even though it seems sunny the flower still seems to be in shadow.

I keeping with D's critique, perhaps if over on the right side there were a few other flowers. Kind of giving the picture of an 'outcast' sort of thing. I think it's fine, though, as it is. Well done.

I think the composition is good now. My eye is drawn first to the higher contrast in the rocks. I think dodging the shadow areas there and burning in the blossom improves the shot.

I rather like it the way it is... single flower, hard, harsh texture of the rock, and the emptiness of the water beyond. It feels lonely to me, and I think the shot is very nice.

i think if you do a vertical crop, you'll find the composition much better. I'll give you an example with one of my shots done about the same way.

I think you did very well to pick out the little flower sharply. Its in a world of its own. I find it hard to find much wrong with this.

Nice shot, and a very solemn feel to it. I would personally crop more off the right, making it a more vertical crop. If you kept a little bit of the textured rock but made the flower a little more dominant, I think it would be perfect.

    Nice eye,

Hard to tell from the small posted sample, but it looks to me that the flower should be sharper/pop out a bit more. The composition is nice, but there is no since of depth given the lack of anything discernable in the background.

    Elena,

I like the photo, not sure of the title as there are too many stalks for it to be lonely.

The contrast of the rock, the sea, lake, and the flower is well captured, however if you lop about 1/2 to 3/4 off the top it makes a big difference to the photo as it then gets evrything back in proportion. If you have little more on the right then add a bit there to. However, saying that, I don't have a problem with it as is.
