A little macro attempt

Thought I'd give my macro lens some love.

The backgrounds...kind of...complicated though...

Totally agree! I was trying to clear some of the grass and sticks away, but the smrooms were so fragile. Thanks for the feedback, I'll keep trying

If it's a macro lens, shoot wide open with a tripod and use some really creative selective focus and at the same time you'll blur out the background etc. They seem a touch dark too.
