Just a cheap camera for now:

I'm still waiting for my DSLR to arrive from Japan. In the mean time I am practicing with a Cheap 8mp Shoot and Go. I've touched it up a bit in PSP.
I'll post what I think are my better shots, and eagerly await your comments in order that I may improve. Actually I'll just leave this one for now. The focal point is suppose to be where the water meets the sand. Once again ... Just practicing composition and whatever I can within the limits of a cheap compact for now.

Not bad image quality for p&s. I'd say this gives a bit of a dark mood, but I think it lacks a point of interest.
    mostly Nikon gear

Feel free to edit my images for critique, just let me know what you did.

I do believe I see your point. Thank you. I will also have to list POI in my check list.

This one is not as dark. I liked the crack in the rock, the algae and the tree out in the water...However I'm really going to have to work on that POI ... especially to consider if its enough to be anything out of the ordinary.
