Like the comp, subject, and reflections. Maybe boost the light a little, and slight saturation would help.

Payn...thanks for your comments on this, I appreciate the feedback! I did play with the light a bit, but I wasn't happy with the results.

I like this shot a lot, some of the ducks appear to be floating in the air as well. I like the coulours in the water at the top right better that the more washed out colours at the bottom, so I'd like to see a crop that has the bottom left duck more towards the bottom left corner and a little more water at the top.

Greg, Bobby...thanks for your comments as well. Greg, unfortunately, there's not much water at the top for me to add...the best I would be able to do would be to just crop a bit more on the bottom to get rid of a little of the lesser color...I'll fiddle with it a bit.
