    Lighthouse in MA

    This one is in Marblehead.

    Nikon D70s.
    Nikon 18-70mm, 50mm 1.8, 80-200 2.8.
    Tokina 12-24.

    I like it a lot. If had been a litte bit more grainy it might look even more dramitic.

    Too split in half, do you think? If you could crop it so that it weighted to either the top or bottom, I think it would be a stronger shot. Also, bump up the contrast a little. The overall composition of the lighthouse is excellant from the L/R standpoint.

    It does not work at all in black and white and even necessary top and bottom cropping would not really improve visual interest.
