An Infrared/Colour Mixed Tree: Rome, Italy.

This is one of those pictures where you have to sit far away to appreciate it. It is a merge of Infrared and colour done in photoshop. That is why the tree is a tad blurry. Tell me what you think.

I think you're onto something. The technique is nice, but it could be a tad brighter overall though. Perhaps with another color thrown in. It looks like broccoli to me I find the gap at the top left part of the shot definitely noticeable, though it isn't bad.. It does seem to ask "isn't there supposed to be something right here?" like a plane, balloon, etc.

    Anyway, good technique.

Broccoli...lol . I am aware that the shot itself is unimpressive, I am just trying to perfect a new technique. I'll try this out in the fall when leaves start falling and IR really does its thing.

The tree s interesting but compostionally lacking. I hve just finished a site www.davidmargolisphotography.com for an upcomming show of B&W Infrared in Italy. The show will be in Stamford CT. Take a look when you get the chance. Keep working on it. IR is fun.

I like the idea, but the composition is lacking.
