    Ibises at Sunset

And the opposite extreme...here's a sunset with a couple ibises flying through...

    Re: Ibises at Sunset

My kind of photo - sometimes farther away is better.

Curious if you have any with the birds in an area of no clouds? The top Ibis seems just a tad too low with the clouds intersecting it, if you know what I mean. It would look much stronger if it were in that blank part of the sky.

    What's a Loupe for anyway?

    Re: Ibises at Sunset

Hey Loupey...thanks for your thoughts on this. This is the only one I have of this type...the others are all less silhouetted against the sky. I snapped this one quick as we were leaving the park (Animal Kingdom). But I do see what you're saying about the top ibis.

    Thanks again!

I like the positioning of the birds, almost on the right 1/3 and near 1/3 up and down.

Easy to clone out, but a pain if you have to do it in every image.

Beautiful capture, Emily. Works mainly due to the crop/composition and the recognizability of the silhouettes.

Beautiful catch Emily! I love the colors and I love the birds being silhouetted like they are. You should post this one in the Nature and Wildlife Forum as well. The birders should like this one.

How elegant. Good placement of the birds.

Speed & Chunk, thank you both!

Speed, I'll do that...I have a couple other bird shots that they might like.
