I Hate To Burst Your Balloon
Last Saturday between innings fan participation--one person tosses water balloons while the other tries to burst them with a baseball bat. How's this one?

Re: I Hate To Burst Your Balloon
Good shots, good timing.
I think the angle you shot it at could be better though... Seems to be too distracting a background as is. The top shot is better in that respect. The colors sure seem 'summertime'. Time of the year for this type of stuff..........

I understand your point, but there really is no good angle in the ball park unless the person hitting the balloons is reversed with the person throwing them. I was shooting from behind and to the right of the kid tossing them. One shot was zoomed a little tighter than the other, which is why there's more of the crowd in the bottom shot. When these things happen there really isn't a lot of time to set it up.

Yes, I agree - you have to move fast sometimes or miss the shot entirely. I also can see that the angle you shot at was probably the only one available. Wish I had an answer - GB

The timing is amazing. Everything is nicely frozen.

Thanks Don, I tried to get that moment when the bat is actually in contact with the balloon, but these worked nicely too.
