Nice overall. I wish the black floor was even darker though, as I can see something in the area just below the 'ball', maybe a stain or perhaps just a shadow. You're definitely on the right track with this photography though: I've seen images like this to display artists' work, and this is really close to top-notch.

Thank you all for your input, especially GB1. I'm pleased because I've only had thi a week and the kit used to light it is very, very basic.
