    HB pier

    Huntington Beach Pier, any thoughts, comments , suggestions?

    They are both amazing picturesI like the second best. I'm not sure if I like the moon in the first or not, but that's a matter of taste.

    I too prefer the second version over the first although the dodging works is a bit too obvious for my liking. The colors and the luminosity are great, so is the sky and the scene definately has a strong visual impact as a whole.

    Either way, I think that this is a well composed picture but I don't like the sun (or is it the moon?) in the first one. It just looks strange.

    Both are good in their own right. The second is neat but the effect is just a little too strong for me: the sky is too dark in relation to the waves. Could also use the moon in it.

    Speaking of the moon, is it real in the first? Seems too big.
