I'm not sure what it is, but I find my eye moving away from the box itself and trying to look at everything else in this shot......not sure what I would do different.....maybe a different perspective? Did you shoot one on edge that would show both the front & the side?..maybe shoot lower?

Great subject, Don. I would like to see a shot more from the right so we could see both sides.
Lori, thanks for the chuckle. A utility box is where electrical connections, tools, maybe swithches/levers or other fascinating knobs are located in a protected box...usually.
