    Gotcha!

Having a bit of fun with my mother's Christmas decorations. I believe these are from Scrooge's village but I can't remember. My mother actually keeps these things out all year long. I set the figurine up to look as if he was stealthily coming around a corner with his stolen goose and fruit and hoping no one would see him. Played around with saturation layers but not sure if it works for this image. I also think I should have kept the background a bit more in focus, at least to where the sign on the building was somewhat readable. Lighting is natural light coming from a window behind. Anyhow, this one's up for critique. Have at it!

Your still life is a little flat, it needs a little punch in the colors. As for the depth of field putting your camera on a tri-pod can help bring in the background into more focus with slower speeds 30th, 15th and setting the f/stop 8, 11, etc.... Ever had goose for dinner? Yum.

The colours and lighting are fantastic! And I love your selective focus.
    I love it!

I like it. For some reason it reminds me of Thomas The Tank Engine. I like the lighting too.
