Hmm! interesting image, saying that I thing that there are a few problems.
1. levels the whole lot needs to either be level or the angle exagerrated more as it looks like lack of attention to detail
2. the skulls in the cloth are very distracting grabbing my attention and preventing me looking at what I think is the story behind the image which is the ladies in the picture and the glasses mapped to them
3. the table edge cuts the photo into two halves and needs to be brought down by cropping the bottom in half.
After saying all that, I like the idea and the composition of the picture and the glasses work well, you just need to crop the bottom in half to make it much better. You managed to get the exposure right with a nice twinkle in the glass and still keeping the picture nice and bright. The B&W works well with the composition.
