    ghouls lll

Different pic of same thing...different edit...some cloning, some burning highlights, some selective color enhance.

I appreciate that it is part of the image but the three letters and inverted 'cross' in white above the 'ghoul' are really distracting (for me...)

One of the better graffiti images as it is really well housed by the various angles of the timbers. The hands seem to have found the perfect resting place in the composition which is really very good indeed.

Personally I like better the second version...I found the composition stronger. The PP work also points towards a direction that personally dont prefer. For example...the branches show (at least on my screen) a orange-pink tone that for me is not too appealing....I guess it takes again the "natural" look.

I like this a lot. Better than the first version. You could easily leave it like this, but having the image emerge from the darkness of the first shot would be nice. It takes some hand painting with a graphics tablet to make it happen.

I prefer this one to the other version. definitely has more pop, this one. Apart from the art work and grassy feel, I like the top left are in this. those textures and dark woodish tone make the art work stand out more.

Rob, those branches were standing out a lot and I darkened them but they did end up rather orangish...thanks for pointing that out.
Kisu, I do suppose they are but they are what is there and I'm not inclined to remove them.
I am glad that you pointed out that they may be distracting to some.

Thank you, OB, daq, Liban. This is a different shot than the other which Grandpaw did an edit on with my permission and sent to me. Later that night I decided to give this shot a go and it turned out much like his edit of the other one so it may have influenced me.
    Thank you, Jeff.

Frog - I feel this is the best crop and exposure of the bunch, though I do appreciate the creative dark exposure(s) you posted earlier.

Nice capture. I agree that the letters are distracting but still, I think the face is powerful. I love graffiti as art.

I like this one alot, frog. I think the framing is perfect. Maybe a bit more contrast, and have you tire it as b&w/ might have a good way about it.
    Well done.

I think this is the most powerful image. The graffiti on the graffiti doesn't bother me. All the angles are icing on the cake.

    Re: ghouls lll

Thank you, GB, Nicci, Gary, and Paula.

Gary, yes, I have thought of trying it in b/w but haven't gotten round to it yet. With several images to choose from, I will have to make up my mind. I do think this one has the best composition. All the others, I needed to crop some, mostly from top.
