I feel self-conscious giving my input on all these shots from photographers who are better than I am by a fair shot, but I guess it is part of being involved in the forum.
I would play with cropping a bit off the top. It wants to be wide, but it also wants to have the face be in your face I think.
I really don't find anything special about four of your images other than a fine documentation of life in a cold harsh climate. However the fourth photo of the man through the reflective glass is superb piece of work. His expression and the blue cast screams of the misery of the cold and bitter winter.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??
