    I like the way you have positioned these three windows, but I wish the windows were just a tad darker so they don't look as washed out. I have this problem too every time I try to shoot stained glass windows. The only way I've found to get the results I like is to shoot two shots and combine the appropriate areas in post. I suppose HDR can also work, but I'm not very accomplished at that.

    I agree that the window should have more detail. When I shoot SG Windows (with film) I expose for the darkest part of the window with a spot meter. Also PS could possibly bring out more detail. using the level and curves tools.

    I like your comp here Greg. Good symetry. It looks to be very well exposed. . .if anything i would reduce exposure a stop to bring some more inside mood and let the windows glow more. i'm sure the print will show adequate detail and sharpness.
