    Frog Face

I have such a difficult time deciding how to crop close-ups. Any rules-of-thumb, words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated. This is an example of an extreme crop. OK, it emphasizes the frog but removes the context. Help!

    Thanks,
    Paul

Your DOF helps eliminate the need for any context or perspective. This is just a nice, detailed close-up. Well done.
