Yoyo, for lack of any constructive criticism on this , I'll just give you my honest first impressions. upon viewing this my first thought was too tightly cropped on top. Then I started to feel that the guys preparing for the race and the other man obn the left offered me no relation or contrast in any way. No story or something to think about. Without you telling , I would not know what they were doing other than assume they were reading. Just my thoughts on this.

I like this. The 'pattern' on the left, with them all wearing headphones, looking down, etc. is great! Yet, the contrast of another person doesn't really help it. I love your title, yet it's just a tad off for me.

Thanks for the comments. In retrospect, I also feel the guy on the left does not add much to the shot.
