    Using a slower shutter speed

    A U.S. Air Force C-130 on the landing approach
    Taken on 11 March 2004, in NW Florida, USA.



    Camera: Nikon F5.
    Lens: VR AF 80-400mm f4.5D~ Nikkor.
    Film: Fuji Reala 100.

    It may be the props....

    Propellors!

    Jerry-
    I like the blurred propellors a lot. I wish the whole thing were a little darker, though. We're losing the top part of the props and I wish there were some density in the sky. Maybe you're worrying too much about shadow detail? Shadows should be dark, you know. It's nice to have some detail, but you can leave the shadows somewhat dark.

    I agree with John.I also would love to see the entire wing span.These planes are awesome in flight.

    I really like the angle from which the shot was taken but not crazy about the clipped wings. I agree about allowing some shadow in the pic.
